MOHAMMED A ALATEEQI MOSQUE

 

This Mosque was established in 1892 by Mohammed Abdullah Saif AlAteeqi. It currently is across from the Kuwait Finance Hause (headquarters) in the Mirqab area in the heart of Kuwait City. It used to be called the “Mitran” mosque with respect to the large number of the Mutairi tribe members that frequented its prayers.
